The written quotation will clearly explain what is included and excluded. Depending on the confirmed arrangement, it may cover the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, highway tolls, parking and chauffeur accommodation.
Hotel accommodation and meals for guests, entrance tickets, train tickets, safari jeeps and activity charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.
If you make a major route change, add another travel day or request considerable additional travelling after confirmation, any applicable additional cost will be explained before proceeding.

A tourist chauffeur can provide general travel assistance, route information and local recommendations. If you require detailed historical explanations, a national guide, site guides or foreign-language guide can be arranged separately upon request.
